Houston – We STILL Have A Problem!

We went back to the orthopedist yesterday to have Sheridan’s second cast removed. When it came off, my heart just sank. The swelling is back and it is as bad as before the drainage. Sheridan’s little face was so sad. He had tears in his eyes as he looked at his wrist and said, “MaMa, it’s not flat!” Unfortunately, the swelling means Sheridan will face another surgery to figure out what is wrong. At least he isn’t back in a cast. We leave for Colorado next week and I want him to have the opportunity to swim and play while we are staying at the ski resort.
