A Sheridan Funny

Sheridan is forever saying things that just stop you in your tracks. BaBa says I need to write them down; I say they are just part of being three years old and really ramping up your language.

However, last night Sheridan said something that stopped both of us in our tracks and BaBa said I HAD to share this one for sure.

All three of us were shopping in Wally World. I was pushing the cart and Sheridan, sitting in the cart, was at my height. He has a fascination with the snaps on the front of the shirt I was wearing and LOVES to undo them. We have had many conversations about undressing MaMa in public. Last night, though, the temptation was just too great and he grabbed the shirt and unsnapped all the buttons. To which I admonished him with “I’ve told you not to undress MaMa in public!” In typical Sheridan fashion, he replied, without missing a beat, “We’re not in Publix, we’re in Wal*Mart!”

Guess I need to work on some enuciation skills.
