Lunch with Pete

Today, MaMa, Sheridan and I had lunch with Pete. It was good to talk to him and offer some advice. MaMa was able to answer more questions for him than I was, but together I think that we helped him with our advice to clarify his thoughts on the subject.
Of course, we talked mostly about the kids and the joys of parenthood and the new things that we are all experiencing. It is truly a blessing to share this experience with others. I had never thought that adults could enjoy conversations about poo and other seemingly trivial things until I experienced them first hand and realized they are not trivial but stepping stones in his growth.
What a blessing to have my perspective changed.
