Eyes

  I hate to admit it, but my eyes have been troubling me as I have noticed my distance vision is not as crisp as it once was. So, I got an eye exam and yes I was correct. The bad news is that my closeup vision has dropped off more dramatically. So I am getting new specs.

Here is the China Connection. I ordered my glasses from China. The prices was 75% to 80% below retail and I heard about the site I used from Atlanta’s own consumer penny pincher — Clark Howard. Clark had ordered his glasses from them and was pleased with the results. So I will now wait 2 weeks for them to sent to me by US post. The glasses are actually made within 48 hours of the order and then I imagine sent in large lost back to the US office where they are then posted to each customer from California.

We will see how this turns out.
