Errands, Arts and Crafts Festival and Shopping

Today we started the three day holiday by running some errands along with breakfast at Waffle House. We then went to the Marietta crafts show on the square and walked around looking at the wares for sale. We ran into some friends from church and talked to them and I got a very quick massage at one vendor. Oh how the FREE massage makes you feel better. We also took out the jogging stroller with the big tires for the first time. It is so easy to push.

We then went shopping at one of the malls and he had a small meltdown on the way. This meant that our first order would be feeding Magoo. We stopped at the food courts and he ate almost 12 Chick-fil-A nuggets. We got him 6 and that was not enough for him. I went back and got 6 more and he ate at least 4 of these. With a full tummy, he was now set for shopping. We looked around and got him some new shoes at the Children’s Place and socks.

Next stop was REI and then to our last stop of the night another mall. Here we ate a sit down dinner at Ted’s. He did really well. We learned our lesson from last Thursday and did not keep him out too late. We might have been inclined to walk around the mall a little longer after dinner, but headed for home. It was a really nice day spent with three of us.
