What will we be doing during Spring Break?

Spring Break for DH begins on Saturday. We will be spending spring break redoing Sheridan’s room and bathroom. His room is currently decorated in blue/lavendar Classic Winnie the Pooh (or retro-Pooh as a good friend calls it). Since we thought we were getting a little girl, we hadn’t planned on changing the room – just removing the queen bed and adding a crib. Since we know God has a sense of humor, we are now getting a little boy and a toddler to boot – Sheridan will be 2 on May 21 and we won’t be traveling until June or later to get him. Thus the need for a different look in the room.
DH has strong, willing high school boys coming over on Saturday to start stripping wallpaper from the two rooms. Then the priming of the walls and new paint (no more wallpaper!) will be applied. The goal is to have everything completed by the end of Spring Break. Wish us luck.
