Trip Day 0 — Fly Away

We now interrupt our normal school activity for — wait, wait.
Fall Break. A new creation this year. Not that much in favor of it, but this year it has come in very handy. I got two free tickets on an Airline last year for being bumped twice in a day. I had never been bumped before, but going to see our daughter, I got bumped (I volunteered) twice.
So we are now going to use the tickets with one mileage award and we had the beginnings of our trip.
Wait, I have told you where we are going. Well — TA DAH — Seattle, then to Portland and we finish in San Francisco.
We are counting down the time until we fly out tonight. Watch for an account of our adventures from the Pacific NorthWest as I am armed with my trusty Blue Tooth Keyboard, iPhone with camera and the WordPress iPhone app. This will be our first time to really be able to easily blog on the road.
Of course, I am carrying the pro camera and lenses as well as the laptop, but for a quick post like this one nothing beats my mobile combo.
