Consignment Sale & Playdate

We survived another week and are here for another exciting weekend. This week was consignment sale week and we were busy all week with the tagging and entering and preparations for the sale. It is a semi-annual event and always keeps us hopping. This year’s sale was a little later than in previous years, but it was good to be finished with it on Wednesday evening and to have MaMa drop off the items on Thursday.

Today we went to the consignment sales as shoppers because Saturday is half price day. We scored some classic books for Magoo and a blazer for an upcoming wedding in October. We met Ms. Donna at the sale and then went to the mall for playtime and lunch. Sheridan got to give Shelby a pair of earring studs that we found while cleaning up. He had gotten them from one of our cruises and then they had gotten misplaced.

We saw Amy was also here and so LynnMarie joined us for the playtime while Amy joined K and Donna for MaMa talk. So while the little ones are playing and the Mamas were talking, I am blogging away on the iPhone and keyboard. I really love the chance to use my two part portable computer for quick posts. The keyboard is such a good addition to the phone and the WordPress iPhone app lets you easily post the pictures from the phone straight into your post.
