We Have Our LOA!

Yesterday, we got an email from Sarah at CCAI telling us that our LOA (Letter of Acceptance) had arrived. This is the piece of paper we have so desperatly been praying for. It took 133 days from our LID. Due to being pulled in the Review Room, it took us about 54 extra days to get the LOA. BaBa will actually be in Denver today and gets to go by CCAI and sign the LOA there, then they will overnight it to me for my signature and then back to China it goes.

Travel Approval has been coming in about 24-28 days from arrival of your LOA. We are hoping to ‘thread the needle’ for travel. Nana’s shower for us is on July 14 (day 27). Hopefully we will travel after the shower and be home before BaBa has to start back to school (July 30 for pre-planning). We really have an extra week as the students don’t go back to school until August 6.

There were times on this journey that I never thought I would see an LOA for Sheridan. However, God has been so good to us and answered so many prayers. We must always remember everything is on His timetable, and for whatever reason, the trials and tribulations we go through are for a reason.
