Will the Paperwork Never End?

We are so happy to have Travel Packet II. Little did we know how much more paperwork there was to complete! I think if you are capable of completing all the paperwork for an international adoption, you should be awarded a special degree from some special Internation Adoption University. Here we are at 12:30 in the morning filing paperwork in the appropriate CLEAR plastic folders with labels for everything – papers to go to China, papers to go to the agency in Colorado, Visa applications to get mailed ASAP, etc. But this is happy work as it brings us one step closer to Sheridan.
We hopefully will have Sheridan’s room finished today. The house is still a mess and BaBa leaves for a conference in Colorado on Tuesday, arrives back in Atlanta on the red eye Friday morning, goes to another conference in Gwinett, finally comes home on Saturday afternoon just in time for our monthly dinner with our church group. And best of all, we are the hosts for this month’s dinner! The pressure is on to get everything finished by this coming Sunday. Please send up a special prayer that everything gets done or our dinner group will think they are having to eat with the Clampetts.
