School is Out for the Summer

School is finally out for me for the summer. I am finished with the high school and have been teaching the summer term at the University for an week now. So there is no break on the front end between the two. However on the back end there will some time when the summer term ends at the University before I go back to the high school.

We celebrated the end of the high school year with lunch at Chili’s and just spending some time together after lunch before I had to go to teach at night.

My summer schedule this year at the University is not the best as I am on one campus 2 nights a week and another campus 2 nights a week. While working 4 nights a week is not the best, I am grateful for the work as no other part-time faculty is teaching 2 courses this summer.
