Day 5 Up North

We went back to the Mall of America after caring for Alex in the morning and doing laundry. We are watching a winter storm and hoping that it will not delay our departure home on Friday. We will have to see. J&T are headed to a hockey game tonight and J’s Aunt and Uncle will babysit. We will take over when we get home from the Mall. We are not going shopping, but going so that Magoo can ride the rides at the Amusement Park.

Magoo had two free tickets from our purchases during Black Friday and so he used one on Sunday and today would be the chance to use his last one. I also brought the good camera so that I could take some better photos of him at play. The iPhone is great for a quick shot, but it is a phone and not a camera. Needless to say the quality does suffer. However, it is better than no photo and if the lighting is good, the photos are decent.

Magoo is a real daredevil with the rides this year. He will ride anything that he is tall enough to ride and have a great time doing so. He really loved the rides that shook or dropped him. We also went in a Haunted Mansion type shooting arcade and he did not care for it because it was too loud.

After we finished with the rides, we made two returns and were headed home. It was a quiet night with J’s Aunt and Uncle. They had gotten Sheridan a gift and he was over the moon when he opened it. Alex had gas tonight and was really fussy. Grandma gave her some meds and cured the gas attack. While she did this, I did the disshes and put away the laudnry. Team work made shor order of getting the house clean and two little ones in bed.
