5 More Sleeps

Back to school today. I left right after the students in order to get to the bank and post office. I needed to deposit the cash from the sales of Sunday. I then needed to go to the Post Office so that I could send a long overdue package to our new niece in Miami.

Freddy’s cousin Claudia gave birth to her first Child – a little girl (Kara Lynn). This is her first child. MaMa and I went to her wedding which was one of the last times that we made a trip as a couple. Claudia is the daughter of Tio Roger who is Freddy’s natural father’s brother. Our family is a little complicated with our adiptions and attachments. Claudia has always called us Tio and Tia (Uncle and Aunt) since we adopted Freddy. She is very special to us and so is her new little one.

I came home and then sold an old computer and the little microwave that used to be in my office. I made a little girl happy with her new silver computer with pink flowers (a skin that was on sale at Office Depot). She wanted a pink computer and so she got one. I also made another teacher happy as she now has a microwave in her classroom.

The microwave had to go as I have no office. We were also told that we could not have a refrigerator or microwave at school in our rooms. So both came home and are not sold. After that, Rainbow and I went to Walmart and then had dinner. It was an uneventful day, but one more day to cross off the calendar until I get back to both of them.
