Camped Out

This morning I awoke at 5:00am to go camping. Not that type of camping. I was up and out of the house by 5:30am and my destination by 6:03am. I was not the first there to camp out, but was well prepared for the wait. I had my laptop, my 2 bananas for breakfast and cans of diet Mountain Dew. I also brought a canvas foldable chair so that I would comfortable. I was in the top 20 here for the wait which is inside, warm and with wifi.

I am camped out to register Magoo for his home school classes run through Timothy Ministries. We are quite pleased with the education he is receiving here that supplements MaMa’s home school. So I am waiting for another 2 hours for the registration to open. Magoo will be taking a first Spanish Class, Geography, Handwriting and Under the Sea. We will have to get handwriting scheduled first as it is only offered once and then work the others which are offered more times around this class.

They started handing out numbers at 7:11am and there was a list that regulars had created and so instead of being in the top 20, I am 65. This is an “unofficial” list. I am ticked since I was here and now am so far down the queue. Hopefully, it will not affect the chance to get his classes set.

I got Sheridan’s classes today. He is in all 4 classes at the preferred times. Hopefully his brother, niece and nephew will converse with him some in Spanish. That would a nice bonus.
