Science Museum and Spring Break

We have spent spring break beginning to work on a much needed spring cleaning. It is a wonder that you accumulate so many things. MaMa started on the closet and dressers. She made great progress. I made some headway on the garage which is the also the worst spot in the house. It has become the pitch everything here spot as we just shoved stuff in. We gave up a long time ago the idea of being able to store the cars inside. We are working to get back to using it for car storage, especially to protect the new Van.

We have spent the last two days of Spring Break with car shopping and the loan process, etc. We have also done some shopping to try an find a storage solution to fit between the seats in the Van. We tried Wally World, Target and finally went to the Container Store where we got something that will work with some modifications. I will post some photos later when it is installed with the modifications. It will be a really elegant solution.

We went down to the Science Museum in town today. Magoo played with the bubbles and other exhibits. He built a city and laid out the roads, lakes, and green space. He even caught his first fish, albeit it a fabric one in a pretend pond with a cane pole. He had a blast. We then went to IKEA. We went back to the Container Store for some supplies for the in-between seat storage and finally returned home. I went back to Wally World for a short trip to modify the solution. I will finish the installation of this important accessory later this coming week.
