Sheridan Logic

Sheridan has not had much interest in handwriting. MaMa has tried to work with him on this. They have in fact had a long conversation about his need to work on handwriting and skills with writing or drawing instruments. Sheridan replied to MaMa that “writing was not necessary.” He continued to explain “that he writes on the computer.” He has been watching us and knows that neither of us writes much by hand and so since he has his own computer and can use it. You can see the logic in his statement, but it did take us by surprise that he had really reasoned out this matter in such a thorough way.

However, handwriting is in his immediate future despite his crystal clear logic to the contrary.
