Meron’s Birthday Party

Sunday was Baby Meron’s First Birthday. I think that she will always be Baby Meron to Sheridan even when they are both much bigger. Sheridan loves Baby Meron and was very connected to her even when she was half way around the world waiting for her Mommy and Daddy.
Their is a story of patience and growth as God brought them to become a perfect forever family.
The party took place at a local park and the kids played on the jungle gym equipment at the park while the adults talked and watched. We really enjoyed catching up with friends and celebrating Meron’s birthday. Meron’s grandmother came down from North Carolina and brought Sheridan a new book. He really enjoys new books. Thanks so much.
The cake was great along with the conversation, but the most important thing was spending the day celebrating everything Meron. Everything Meron includes the love she brought to her parents, family and all of the rest of us who adore this wonderful little girl celebrating her first birthday.

Thanks guys for the great post and pictures – but most of all for supporting us in this journey. We were so glad to see you guys at the park and thanks for snapping so many pictures!!!
