Consignment Sale Prep and Sleep issues

Summer is coming to a close. I hate to see it end as I have just been able to really be home full time with our family a short time since my teaching at the University was done. It has also been shorter with his surgery and then recovery. Well, I am not complaining as we have made the most of the entire summer.

We worked on the consignment sale items which involved sorting, washing and tagging the items once they were entered into the computer. This made a huge dent in the garage cleaning, but has turned the house upside down. Our dinning room is full as we have almost 300 items going for sale. Three of the bigger items include 2 strollers and one toddler desk.

Sleep Issues
Sheridan got tired and wanted to sleep in MaMa’s arms. See last picture. We have had some sleep issues recently. One of the recent nights was really hard as he begun to skip napping. This (of course) leaves him tired and a little cranky. This night he was really tired and cranky. Needless to say it was a long night getting him to sleep and it was not a quiet night as he was demanding attention from upstairs while being very upset. We talked about it the next morning and have had a better night following our talk. He is really beginning to see cause and effect relationships.
